Frontline Lawyers is solely responsible for processing personal data. We determine how they are collected and for what purposes they are processed.

Your personal data are mainly used for internal use. They are only communicated to intermediaries(notaries, bailiffs, judicial actors...) if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement.

 

Art. 3: What data will be processed?

 

Frontline Advocaten processes information that you provide to us directly or through this site. This data may include, but is not limited to:

 

- Contact information:your address, phone number, email address...

- Personal data: your name, date of birth, age, gender

- Payment information:your account number, billing address....

 

In addition, we may receive personal information from other sources if you have consented to share your information. Examples of such sources include third-party data collectors, public sources and third-party social networks.

 

We collect and process only the data strictly necessary for the purposes that will be outlined below.

 

Personal data is maintained in our digital database, as well as in our paper archives.

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 and the Law of December 8, 1992 for the Protection of Privacy in Relation to the Processing of Personal Data (the Privacy Law). The data we collect from you is processed on the following legal grounds:

 

- The preparation, execution or termination of the agreement you enter into with us.

- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to which we are subject.

- The pursuit of our legitimate interests.

 

Art. 5: Why do we process your personal data?

 

The processing of your data is essential to the services we offer. Thus, they will necessarily be processed when providing advice, defending your interests, managing our contractual relationship....

 

When visiting this page, data are collected purely for statistical purposes, in order to optimize the use of this website. The data we collect for this purpose include: your IP address, the pages clicked, the times of consultation...

 

Art. 6: How long will your data be kept?

 

After your case is closed, we retain your data for a period of 5 years. Once this period has expired, we guarantee that your data will be securely destroyed.

 

Art. 7: What rights do you have?

 

You have the right at any time to obtain additional information regarding the processing of your data (e.g., regarding the purposes, period of retention, method of processing).

 

You also have the right to correct or complete incorrect or incomplete information. In the following circumstances, you also have the right to have your data erased:

 

- your data was unlawfully processed;

- your data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was processed;

- your data must be removed due to a legal obligation;

- you revoke your consent to process your data and there is no other legal ground for processing your data.

 

If you wish to exercise your rights, it is sufficient to send a written request and proof of identity by registered mail to the address mentioned in Art. 2.

 

Art. 8: Filing a complaint
