In these circumstances, Frontline Lawyers provides its services to individuals according to a flat rate. For a standard traffic case we charge a flat rate of EUR 475.00 (excluding VAT) per instance. [1]
For this price you will be unburdened and can count on:
- Inspection of your file
- A consultation to discuss the criminal case and the strategy to be followed
- Criminal defense at police court hearing (maximum of two hearings)
- Aftercare and discussion ruling
- Travel expenses attorney (up to a maximum of 75 kilometers) included
If we find that your case cannot be handled within the above conditions, we will notify you immediately and work with clear price agreements.
At Frontline Lawyers, we believe that everyone should have access to adequate legal assistance. If you do not have the financial resources to pay for a lawyer, you can use second-line legal assistance under certain conditions.
However, in order for the Frontline Lawyers team to work for you free of charge, a decision from the Legal Aid Office is required. To do so, you must provide information about the income of yourself and your family members. Frontline Lawyers will be happy to assist you with this application in this case. [2]
